Bergfit is a premium meal prep company based in the GTA, offering healthy, macro-balanced meals designed for performance, convenience, and clean eating. With a rotating menu of chef-prepared meals, Bergfit helps customers fuel their goals without compromising on taste or quality.

What I Did:
Bergfit approached RM Media to build a visually clean, modern, and appetizing content presence that could match the quality of their meals. We worked together to shape content that felt fresh, functional, and appealing to fitness-focused audiences.

Shot and edited short-form videos featuring plated meals, unboxings, behind-the-scenes kitchen prep, and delivery highlights

Focused on making healthy food look crave-worthy, with tight shots, fast cuts, and crisp lighting

Took full responsibility for TikTok strategy and posting, adapting content to suit trending formats and audience expectations

Worked collaboratively with the team to match their tone: clean, performance-focused, and trustworthy

Results:

TikToks began pulling in organic views between 5K–12K, helping introduce the brand to new local audiences

Content gave Bergfit a professional, polished online presence that stood out from typical meal prep companies

Helped reinforce Bergfit as a brand that delivers clean food with premium presentation and real results

RM Media turned everyday meal prep into content that felt aspirational, accessible, and built for high-performing lifestyles.

95% of all photos used on their Reel covers, Instagram posts, Promotions, Website and other platforms, are taken and edited by me. Videos are in collaboration with Ares Production as we needed a big team to complete some projects.

Since the end of 2024, they have hired a full on Marketting agency as their demands outgrow my offerings as a solo creator.
